Assistance Intake Process

Contact the Housing Solutions Coordinator for intake session and to determine eligibility.  You may submit a request for assistance by visiting the HOPE office located in the HOPE Ministry Center, 680 W. Main Street, Wytheville, or by calling 228-6280, Ext. 253, or toll free 877-818-8680, Ext. 253.

REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED DURING THE FOLLOWING HOURS:

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
 Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

If it is determined that you meet the minimum eligibility requirements for one or more of HOPE’s assistance programs, be advised that:

bulletEligibility does not guarantee that you will receive financial assistance from HOPE.
 
bulletYou will be required to verify the information you have reported to us before financial assistance is provided. If you are unable to present verifying documentation, you will be determined ineligible for financial assistance.
